We always try to provide the best service we can at Harvey Group Practice, but unfortunately there may be times when you feel this has not happened.
If you have a complaint, please ask to speak to our Practice Manager or one of the Doctors as soon as possible. Alternatively you may prefer to put your complaint in writing or send in an email. For email, please send your complaint to email@example.com
All complaints will be fully investigated. We will try to deal with your complaint swiftly, address your concerns, provide an explanation and discuss any action that may be necessary as soon as is practicable.
We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. A leaflet and complaint form are available on request.
